cascadia cliffs is a small island off the coast of canada. you can only reach it by catching a ferry from the mainland of vancouver. you may think that as a small island town, it's peaceful, it's tranquil.. no. oh no. you'd be very very wrong. last year, shelley stratton and her two daughters laurie and alexis moved into their summer home here. now a widow, shelly finally told her adopted daughter laurie, that she was actually one of two. she had a twin sister. a week before laurie found out... she had been seeing someone who looked just like her, but ghostly.

astral projection. laurie's twin sister lia had the gift and so did laurie. both girls could project their souls anywhere, while their bodies remained in a deep deep sleep. lia managed to contact laurie, who contacted her back in the same way. while laurie was out of her body though, lia got in. laurie had been the lucky twin, the one who had the successful life, but lia had drawn the short straw. she was the troublesome foster child who got bumped around from family to family and eventually ended up in a mental institution. she killed and hurt people to try to get what she wanted, but nothing worked. that is, until she took over her twin's body.

laurie struggled to show what had happened to her friends and family, her soul fading away with the more energy she used. eventually though, she did it, but had to fight with lia to get her body back. after lia tried to drown her, laurie thought she had her body back, she felt like herself again. no one else was getting hurt, everything was back to normal.

but now... things are changing. lia's body had been cremated at the asylum, her soul never making it back, so surely she had faded away into nothingness, right? but people are getting hurt again, and laurie's finding that she keeps changing; one minute she's herself, the next she's lia. as more and more 'accidents' happen, new people arrive in cascadia cliffs, some are also able to astral project. a few souls are here, trying to find their way back, and things are getting nasty... will you make it out unscathed?
