caitlyn had woke up at six o'clock in the morning to find that the household was already alive. it was her first day back in lessons since the christmas holidays and she was looking forward to going back for some things like seeing her friends she hadn't managed to see over the holidays and not for reasons such as the drama. she had barely sat up in bed when one of the staff knocked on her door. "come in!" she called pleasantly as she did every day. "good morning, caitlyn!" she chirped as she did every morning. she checked the heating was on and that caitlyn was warm enough then caitlyn chose what she was wearing that day. nicola went off to iron it for her and caitlyn jumped into the shower in the ensuite bathroom large enough to be another person's bedroom.
when she got out, she wrapped herself in a towel and put a hand out into her bedroom where she found nicola had put her ironed clothes as she did every day. she dryed herself off, got dressed, brushed her teeth and put her towels in the hamper. she pushed open the door to her large bedroom, found that nicola had also made her bed for her and went off down the hall and into the living area. all the staff wished her good morning as they passed and she entered the dining room. on the table they'd set up croisonts, toast, jam, cereal, pancakes and some orange juice, hot chocolate and a jug of milk. she decided on the croisonts, ate on with jam, drank her hot chocolate and orange juice and had a few bites of her pancakes. they really did like to spoil her.
she went down the hall again and nicola offered to do her hair for her which she was greatly appreciative of. they went into what they all called 'the beauty room'. it was full of her make up and hair things. she dried and straightened it then dried the back of her shirt with the hairdryer which caitlyn had forgotten about. caitlyn pinned the front section of her hair into a quiff and applied a little shimmer powder, a little eyeliner and mascara and a touch of dark green eyeshadow. she looked really radiant from the holiday they'd had in hawaii over new year. toddling back down the hall in her skinny jeans, black heels and black shirt she spun around for the staff to comment.
after the staff getting together her things for her without her asking she was ready to go. she got outside and rather than having someone drive her, she always drove herself. she loved being able to drive and had bought herself a car before she even passed her test. it was an audi r8 and her complete proud and joy so apart from the fact that she loved driving it, she would never let anyone drive it. ever. it only took ten minutes to get from her gorgeous apartment to las vegas boarding school. she pulled up and parked in the car park, got out, locked her car and made her way off into school.
she saw everyone walking slowly and realised that she was early. she decided rather than trying to find her friends now, she'd find them after law class. they weren't in her class unfortunately so she'd have to suffer through the next hour without them. she arrived into an almost empty classroom. there was a scattered six or seven people and the rest of the class was empty. the teacher wasn't present either. caitlyn took a seat at the back of the classroom on her own, took out her ipod and set it on shuffle. she put it down on the table and fidgetted into a comfortable position. she didn't like to be unaware of what was going on around her so she only had one headphone in unless she was on her own so as always, she had just the one in. she went off into a daydream and checked how long it was till the class started on the wall clock. five minutes. her eyes scanned the room for anyone intresting and she eventually took to just looking ahead at the wall and daydreaming.
law definately wasn't the class you expected caitlyn in. she was blonde, girly and not what you would expect from a lawyer at all. it was like legally blonde all over again but she could definately talk the talk. she wanted to be a legal executive rather than a lawyer though. it was the same as a lawyer, basically but specialising in a specific area. she wanted to specialise in family law herself meaning divorce and 'children's matters'. she definately knows how to stand up for herself over what she wants to do when people try and tease her though. so much so that people rarely tried if they knew what she was capable of. she hated being in school because of the fear that people would find out her secrets and it was definately hard to deal with sometimes and it cheered her up to know that not long from now she would be graduating and heading for college. one thing that she wasn't happy about though - what if she ended up in a college with the people she was in this class with? she couldn't be open about her secrets then. or at least one of them. they'd know she was a liar and that was the last way she wanted to start a new term. oh, the drama of high school is back. just fabulous. she rubbed her glossed lips together and pressed skip on her ipod to go onto the next song.
