dakota embry jacobs was born eighteen years ago to anna sophia jacobs and stephen richard jacobs of cheyenne, wyoming on october fifth. even though they were sixteen and seventeen, they were happy. they new that the second he was born after his twin brother colton that he was going to be the more energetic and friendly of the twins. he was so bubbly, even at the age of five minutes old. he didn't cry, he only smiled at the people staring down at him. he was the smaller of the two, but little did they know that one day, he would no longer be the runt of the family.
at the age of nine years old, dakota was their little ball of uncontrollable energy. he never sat still for longer than five minutes, he always had to be do something, even if it didn't amount of anything at all. not even his twin brother's constant pessimism brought him down. he knew his brother wasn't as social, or as happy as he was, but he never did give up trying to make him happy and this has nearly cost him his life a few times. one day, he was with his family at a park on a picnic. his brother wouldn't stop crying for some weird reason. he tried everything, even going as far as to "fall" face first into the pie his mother made. nothing worked. while his parents stupidly went to go get a car, they were left alone in the middle of a park. he never has forgot what happened to him.
a rather weird looking man came up to him, telling him that if he came with him, he would give him something that would make his brother stop crying. back then, dakota was painfully naive and wanted to make him brother happy, so he went with him. once they were at the mans car, he shoved him into the passenger seat and practically ran to the front. he fought the man with all he had, but it just wasn't enough. he was eight and weak and this man was in his thirties and actually had muscles. he was kidnapped for eight weeks before the man threw him out into the cold rain on a busy highway. he had been beaten and raped before the man lost interest in him. he was sent to a psychiatric ward for two years, seven months and eighteen days before he finally came home to his family.
at the age of eighteen, dakota is finally over what happened in his horrific past. he is horrified though, for the people that get kidnapped, raped and beaten daily. he is still his little ball of energy and is known for his comedic ways, as well as his wild ones to. his family moved away from cheyenne seven months after he returned to them with his best friend grace kingston in tow. they discovered this little town and fell in love with it. even after the death of his twin brother three short years ago, dakota is still his bright shining self even though his family is still suffering in silence. he's the star of the soccer team and is passing with a three point six grade point average, but what will people think of him once they find out that he is a bit more than alcoholic and in love with two different people?

dakota is the type of guy everyone wants to be friends with,
so he's going to have a lot of friends. he would give you the
shirt off of his back if you needed it and has been known to
lift people off of their feet so they didn't get their shoes wet.
he needs a lot of friends to feel important and i want besties
as well! so yeah, he needs lots of friends because he is awesome
and everyone loves kota!

kota is confused about love right now. he's torn between his
best friend grace and his adopted sister aislinn. he loves them
both, but can't seem to choose who he wants. in the end, grace
is going to be his final, so yeah. he's all take up, but he can have
flings and all that jazz until he and grace finally admit their feelings
for each other.

it's because he is awesome or because everyone seems to love
him, but just some people just can't stand him. these are welcomed
just as much as friends are. hmm... i want robert pattinson to be his
worst enemy because taylor kicks his ass in real life, so why not in
rp to? so yeah. rpatzz is his worst enemy.
